Useless service delivery, was really disappointed. Wheelchair was meant to be delivered in 4-5 days but still waiting after 8 days. They say they will call but never do. From the sales person to the supply chain manager they were all extremely rude.
Very worst service given by staff, if I call today and inquire about available items and delivery, they will respond two months later, even this worst response also after we chase them by repeated calls. I don’t know how this company operates with these kinds of staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.
