It is so sad to see how this specific clinic is managed. It has great doctors but the appointment system and super long waiting times are purely coming from the mismanagement of the clinic. My appointment is at 2.15pm and at 2.30pm I am still waiting. This is not acceptable.
I would like to share my experience with this great clinic. I came for a PCR test and was lucky to be assisted by Ms Reham, the guest ambassador. She is really professional and very helpful. She went the extra mile to assist me and I am grateful for her help.
We had an appointment at 11 with Dr. Rania but she made us wait 45 minutes and then she took 2 other patients before us. Why do you make us take appointments if you're not going to respect them?
