Absolutely terrible service, no one is helping. I waited for more than 1 hour for an assistant. While I'm waiting, they would just help someone else and claim that it is a 'regular customer', therefore, you have to wait for another hour, because he is more important than you.
I went to buy a watch on 1st of july very everyone ignored me by passing beside me waiting for 20 minutes, while i was trying to buy one (: Very rude staff .. if you can not service customer we would prefer to stand in a queue and waiting for a better service
Our visit to Hermes with the intention of acquiring a specific item was far from the seamless experience we had hoped for. Regrettably, the establishment's operations deviated significantly from our expectations. Primarily, we encountered a lack of helpfulness and attentiveness from the staff. Additionally, the wait time was excessive, exceeding our tolerance. Overall, the quality of service did not match the reputation of the brand.

The service at this Hermès store was absolutely terrible. Despite waiting for over an hour, no one came to assist me. Instead, they prioritized helping 'regular customers' while making us wait even longer. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Hermès. The staff completely ignored me when I wanted to buy a watch and just walked past me. They were very rude and unhelpful. I would prefer to wait in a queue for better service than to be treated this way.
