I love the classes here. The gym is spacious and there are plenty of training time options. The coaches are patient but they also challenge students to get better. I've improved a lot in a few months. Recommended!

We love Heroes Academy, the coaches are professional yet kind and supportive especially towards younger students. This is the second term for my son who is taking kickboxing lessons, I can see great confidence and progress
