Been so helpful over the last six months dealing with her. Overall the staff at the branch is really helpful.
I've used Hertz (as well as a few other rentals at SHJ) over the past two years. I've found the staff to be super helpful and nice, the rates are usually quite good, and cars are always in very good order (I've almost always received new cars—I usually rent the economy models).
The car I rented was a Toyota 2022. The car was clean and new. The service was fast and amazing with no extra charges. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will rent again from them. Thank you
