Nice products and good discount is going on as of now. There is a clearance floor on 2nd floor with really good discounts but mostly items are sold on 'as is' basis so check thoroughly before buying.
Horrible customer service and policies. Contact center agent says my item is ready for collection, I make the trip to the store only to be informed that it still needs more than 2 hours, asking me to come back in the evening. They deceive.
Pathetic service home centre at Al Wahda.. Brought a big rug and some small kitchen items.. I had my 2 years son with me so I asked the staff to drop the rug to my car.. waited for more than 30 mins in the store during non-peak time.
