I base this on my recent experience. I bought a compressed wood cot from home centre marina mall for my guest bed room. Though it had minimum usage the main segment developed cracks in 10 months. The customer sevice experience was not good
A bunch of fraudsters with no redressal process. Worst customer service procedures ever. If you see some issues with their furniture post purchase they would never address them. No replacements entertained. NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM THESE SCAMSTERS..
Not recommended to buy dining set from home center. I bought bellamy 8 seaters dining set and 2 chairs were broken. I have requested to buy 2 chairs but they don't have stocks.
