The delivery was good. They called before arrival and came shortly after. However they refused to take my old mattress into the designated dump area. Even though I have cleared with the security. I said I know it’s not your job but I’m disappointed.
One of the worst experiences I've had. Recently had purchased a bed side table. First delivery the item was damaged and had to force them to take it back. Following that, they kept calling for payment in the month the item wasn't delivered in. Customer service team kept saying they'd check and get back. There was never a call back. Keep in mind, this was a 400aed item, not a 4dhs one. Identical experience in the online chat. Terrible all around.
Nice store with a good collection of furniture.
