Bosch doesn't support the installation of their own product if bought from Amazon. Can you believe this? Also they are telling me that Amazon will honor the warranty for year 1 too!

Bosch doesn't support the installation of their own product if bought from Amazon. This is unacceptable. They are also telling me that Amazon will honor the warranty for year 1 only. This shows a lack of commitment to their customers.
