Very bad service. I’m regular customer but don’t believe me. They need I pay first after send delivery. I was outside uae . But my spa there I have staff working there . I said when I take orders I will transfer cash on account. My Customer service/being more than 2 years. They don’t good customer service. Products not wow . My spa first they bought for my customer. After 15 days customer complain . They’re not good quality product. So often bought . I give try 5 times to checked before selling in my spa. Positively it’s not perfect. Client is really trust me. My customer know a lot of cosmo- that’s not acceptable. But minimum quanity they buy for mine salon. Because they said we have to ship . That why they order. I bank this Cyprus but there is not problem.And also made video call to them 1 hour (either same person or not it’s not specific) same person and I can prove it when you contact me. Not good customer service. They reply back and rude.I can put Conversation part. Do you want to see?+905536690158. I was shocked too. You cannot imagine. They will collapse my business. I have in Instagram (jmwellness)www.jm-wellness.net. In Dubai I didn’t find more than 6 years my spa good product. I cannot believe still that. That how your manufacturer cheated you. I will complain because definetly they will like that I defame them. Just I want them to stop their cheat peoples.
This seller, and their founder, are real deceivers, swindlers, they sell equipment for salons, then they are not responsible for the quality, and deceive the client. People be extremely careful with this merchant. They sold for us steamer gave 20 days warranty, which does not work, we called them, they did not respond to letters, or e-mail, they pretended to be sick, at next exhibition, instead of sending technician to Salalah on warranty case. They asking to send it to Muscat, not under warranty, and wait for 4 days for evaluation. And very high repair cost offered. So, no warranty at all, even on the new equipment. We order not only usual for salons equipment, we ordered some very special items. This equipment put our account far from profit.
