Bad experience, they don’t help, they don’t care. Once they trap you to be a member then they did their job. أنا لا انصح اَي شخص بالتعامل معهم. I don’t recommend any one to deal with them.
They are horrible and they steal your money. None of their promises were fulfilled. I tried to book through them but they ignored my request and never got back to me.
It's one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They don't even answer the phone and ignored my requests multiple times. They also gave me a non-smoking room when I specifically asked for a smoking room.
Bad experience. They don't help and don't care. Once they trap you to be a member, they stop caring about your needs. I don't recommend anyone to deal with them.
