They take long time to process the requests no mater how much in advance we provide all the documentation. Poor client communication.
I wish there is a 0 start to rate u with , I've been dealing with this company for 2 years for car insurance , this year i tried to renew the insurance , i called them many times and each time they transfer me to another person who don't want to work , what a shame!
Poor services at the time of refunds, nobody feels the responsibility of giving you follow up, every body just throwing things on each other...
