I am not sure why it has a 2.5 stars. Starting with the location, it's close to my area so I am happy with it and it is easy to find in the map, plus it has a lot of free parking. Second, the moment I entered someone had welcomed me and provided assistance. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The ATM machines are always clean and in working condition. Overall, I have never had any issues with this HSBC ATM.
On Friday 21st April - during Ramadan - I was extremely happy with the excellent customer service from both Shamsa and Essa. I've been a customer of HSBC for many many years and found their knowledge and friendly helpful attitude to be outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and provided me with all the information I needed. I highly recommend visiting this HSBC ATM.
Horrible service, on Monday there’s only one lady who works at the Tellers, we had to wait forever. Second lady who was there wasn’t helping, she was talking on the phone and walking around.
