The most frustrating banking experience trying to close an account after so many hiccups with this branch! The arrogant and lazy receptionist was unable to listen and was very quick to dismiss, not interested in solving the issue at all.
Was a victim of bank fraud - the HSBC team did a fantastic job in blocking my account instantly. To then retrieve my money. The branch was very efficient in opening up my online banking today. Times on Google are accurate for weekend timings too!
All the reviews are correct, probably the worst branch and definitely the worst bank in UAE. Only 3 customers, with almost 20 people working and yet it’s taking them at least 15 minutes to get done with one customer.
