I do not want to give even one star.. Extremely incompetent. They do not care about customers.. Only love to get paid and contract renewal is their way of working.. We started with them 8 yrs back but the service wouldn’t be provided on time and many other issues.
They have serious issues in after sales service over last year or so. It takes 5 to 6 days to resolve the issue. Not sure if they have shortened the staff. Whenever you call for fault with the machine they say that their technicians are busy and so cannot respond immediately.
Extremely incompetent. We started with them 11 yrs back but the service wouldn’t be provided on time and many other issues. We left with them when the contract finished and renewed with another company. After the other company closed, we decided to give them another chance. But we were not wronged because throughout the contract they just worried about their renewal contract.
