Worst experience, truck stop at best... I have no idea why Samsung sent me to this place for a warranty repair. The representative was 20 Min late and no apology and no introduction... dirtiest shop I have ever been in. Declined to leave my phone for repair and took it to Bell to get warranty during my lunch with a phone replacement... never went back
Very high prices for spare parts and labour/technical charges Quality of repair not guaranteed. I got my S9 after repair with back colour damage
Worst service it takes a week for them to order a spare, then they hand you the mobile with another issue. You return the mobile they take another week. Try to call 200 times, No one answer the phone. They will always ask for your password!!!!! Shame on you Samsung!
