Excellent customer service, fantastic ambiance & atmosphere. They genuinely take care of their customers. For sure they know how to retain customers. They also do raffle draws and above all their location & prices are superb.

I do not recommend you to buy gold in IBV Gold DMCC. IBV Gold Manager - do not respect clients. He is changing prices even when the deal is negotiated during the day. If the price is changed, he is not informing the customer.

Customer service is really terrible. The lady doesn't have any idea how to handle a client and she is very rude. I don't recommend anyone to deal with them.
