Very bad experience here. My sister approached this branch for an NRI educational loan. Although my sister's India address is Bangalore she was told by this branch that they could not help because they only deal with NRIs from Kerala. They displayed a high level of incompetence and lack of professionalism. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.
