In the first visit, the patient was not registered to see the doctor, as we waited for an entire hour.. The attitude of the receptionist was not appropriate at all.. I have been going to Imperial College for years for my diabetes. There hasn't been anything significantly wrong with the hospital until today. My appointment was at 10:00 am and the sms that I recieved specifically said to arrive 90 mins before. However, when I arrived at the hospital, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled without any notification. The receptionist was not helpful and did not offer any solutions. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and organization.

In my first visit to Imperial College, I was not registered to see the doctor and had to wait for an entire hour. The attitude of the receptionist was not appropriate at all and made me feel unwelcome. In my second visit, there was a mistake in coordinating appointments by the center and I had to wait for more than an hour to see a diabetes educator. This level of disorganization and poor customer service is unacceptable for a healthcare center.

I had a very bad experience with the customer service at Imperial College. I called to have my medication before I travel and unfortunately, they didn't get back to me. I had to follow up multiple times and still did not receive a satisfactory response. The hospital really needs to improve their customer service, appointments, and take into consideration the needs of the patients.
