Waited a long time to receive a response to my email inquiry. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional.
The event decorations were underwhelming and did not meet my expectations. It was clear that little effort was put into creating a visually appealing atmosphere.
The services provided at the event were of poor quality. The food was cold and tasteless, and the staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional.
