I submitted a total loss claim for my car with all required documents. It's been about 45 days and they have still not processed the claim. The worst part is that no one is attending calls. I have been trying their contact number, but unfortunately no one is answering.
Absolutely horrible place to get your car insurance. I got into an accident 3 weeks ago and it was just the rims and tire damages with the bumper. I have yet to even get the approval to fix it from the garage. Absolutely hilarious. Call
Terrible service and super arrogant attitude of customer services staff sitting there. They are least bothered with your presence and query, and you can sit there for hours and no one will invite you to discuss your issue. No one picks up the phone ever, so why have phones if you don't answer. Worst experience.
