Never use Intertek Dubai, staff are not professional (ALL OFF THEM). They do mistakes and overcharge you. I have paid an invoice for a testing service after they agreed that they can do it, then after 3 weeks and after we paid for sending the samples to them, they rejected the test and refused to refund us. We end up losing money, time and our work was delayed. Now we are looking into suing them for their unprofessional attitude and behavior.
