I am very disappointed with my journey so far. I have started 12 weeks ago where I was surprised that the doctor who was putting my aligners was not the same doctor I was doing my aligners with although I requested the team that I want my treatment with Dr. Feda. The communication between the doctors and the staff needs improvement. The treatment itself has also been slower than I expected. I hope they can address these issues and improve the experience for future patients.
