I had an extremely negative experience with the IQOS store, particularly with their technical support service. Despite purchasing a new copy of IQOS, the employee mistakenly provided me with an old Virgin model. Seeking a resolution, I contacted their technical support team and they were unhelpful and dismissive. They did not take responsibility for their mistake and refused to provide a replacement or refund. I would not recommend purchasing from this store.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Anas, Ms. Jasmina, and Ms. Jullibe at the IQOS shop in Dubai Duty Free - Terminal 3. They were more than helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I bought 1 IQOS Machine and two cartons of refills. Mr. Anas was particularly knowledgeable about the product and offered valuable advice. I highly recommend dealing with him when you visit the shop.
I always enjoy getting IQOS from their shop in Terminal 3. Annie, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and her customer service skills were impressive. She provided informative guidance and made my second purchase of 2 more IQOS devices along with refills a pleasant experience. I will continue to shop at IQOS Shop at Dubai Duty Free - Terminal 3.
