I was largely a beginner to Pilates when I started the classes run by Melanie but her experience as an instructor shone through as she was able to make the classes accessible and enjoyable for me while also catering for the more experienced participants. The customer service at Island Wellness was excellent, with staff being friendly and helpful. The wait time for classes was minimal, and I was easily able to make reservations. The value for money is great considering the quality of the products and services provided. My overall impression of Island Wellness is very positive.
