I was looking to purchase a new iPhone 14 Pro and was feeling overwhelmed by the choices. The service that they provide is shocking. They lied to me about the iPhone Coverage, saying that it is the same as what Apple offers. However, this is not true. When I confronted them about it, they blamed me for trusting them and not reading the fine print. Their customer service was terrible and I will not be shopping there again.
