I had 1 bedroom, and upgraded to 2 bedroom, I was penalized 3 month penalty for breaking the lease early and actually upgrading and paying more money, after visiting the office i was told there is nothing i can do as im facing corporation.

Nice construction with shops and flats. Mainly parking slot is there, In dubai like gold souq parking is very difficult. Washroom also available for gents after taking stairs turn left ladies turn right side.
