I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the unprofessional behavior displayed by your staff member, Shobat, at your Deira branch. During my recent visit, Shobat was disinterested in sales, preoccupied with personal matters, and provided no assistance or guidance when I asked for help. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I hope you take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that your staff members are providing the best possible service to your customers.
I had a wonderful day in Jackys Electronics Deira outlet. I went to buy one small accessory but the staff there were so knowledgeable and convincing that I ended up purchasing many more items. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me choose the best products for my needs. The customer service was excellent and I left the store satisfied with my purchases. I highly recommend Jackys Electronics to anyone looking for quality electronics and great customer service.
Worst place to buy electronics in whole Deira, Dubai. They have no return policy and sell cheap non-workable products at high prices. Their behavior towards customers is pathetic, and if you try to discuss any issues with them, they will tell you to walk away. I am completely disappointed with my experience at Jackys Electronics and will never shop there again. I advise others to avoid this store and look for better options.
