Quality as its cost. Excellent decorations and interiors. Rooms are functional. Impressed since walk through entrance. It feels like hotel entrance by wooden arch. Smell of perfume all over areas. Swimming pool are separated for kids.

Very Bad. It is not sound proof and you can literally hear your neighbors vacuuming. There are many mosques around it and there is one in 5 steps distance which is very loud in preaching times, although this is against the laws. The quality.

The building is good itself... But don't take an apartment facing the occidental Jaddaf hotel every single night they put very loud music that u can hear even in ur apartment all doors and windows close and u can't really do anything about it. So I pay quite decent price but forced to hear their karaoke every night...
