I got double charged for jlpt test payment and it was very hard to liaise with them regarding this issue. Better to take your test elsewhere, I really feel I'm getting scammed. If anyone else experiencing the same thing let me know and we can report this organization together.
Unprofessional. Doesn't reply email. No response to inquiry. Nobody pick up call. Nobody is in the office during "office hour". Their announcement for "test room seating announcement" for JLPT Dec2020 are link to test seating announcement for Dec2019! 最低！
Attempts to contact JLSM failed despite calling all the official numbers for many days. Official Whatsapp also goes un-answered. What is happening?
