Very bad after sales experience. After a week of purchasing an item i've called them multiple times because my item is not working properly, the manager and lady staff told me they will ask someone to call me, but weeks passed and still no one has contacted me.
Very bad experienced! We just bought this coffee machine a month ago and how many times it got broken, now no one is helping us regarding this matter, during selling they are really good but after that no body is even assisting us.
I visited Jashanmal Zahia to purchase an air fryer and was assisted by staff named Mohamed Salah. He was very supportive and had good knowledge about the products. For sure I will go back again.
