My brand new silk shirt from Saint Laurent is destroyed with two holes and more stains when I got it. My Balenciaga skirt stain got worse and not pressed properly, and it's totally ruined and shrunk. I asked them to be very careful since it's still new.

Gave them some wool items for cleaning. They shrunk the jumper and two scarves, and also the scarf had holes in it. It was very hard to get hold of anyone to complain, then they offered to do more cleaning for free!
