I was not a great fan of yoga, neither was convinced that I should do it until I completed a month with Kalalaya.. actually my doctor suggested me to try yoga. I had severe migraine issues and vertigo and I was taking medicines for last 3-4 years . But now .. it’s my 45th day with Kalalaya and I m already feeling the changes , no medicines , restricted food , no pains, no vertigo
