I had an excellent experience selling my gold at Kalyan Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and provide helpful advice. The transaction was completed quickly and I was very happy with the price they offered me.
Very bad customer service. I went there to buy a gold bracelet and I selected one and asked its price, instead of telling the price of that selected one, they were compelling me to buy another diamond bracelet.I told them several times that I only want to buy the one I selected but they continued to convince me for the other one. It was a frustrating experience and I left without making a purchase.
I visited and purchased from this showroom two times, I wondered why there is less people in Kalyan than nearby Malabar Gold, next time I visited Malabar also, then I realised it's because of customer service. The staff at Malabar was much more attentive and friendly. They made me feel welcome and helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry. I will not be returning to Kalyan Jewelers.
