There's no commercial atmosphere, the coaches are friendly and just want to tell you how to push the limit or no pain no gain. The training is intense and I can obviously feel the improvement in physical fitness.
By far my favorite boxing gym! The facilities are clean, the scheduling app is easy to use, but most importantly the gym staff/members function like a family. If you want a place to grow as a fighter in all aspects, this is the place
