I hate when someone lies to me. I went inside this shop, checked some shoes, it's obvious the shoes were worn before scratches and the guy is telling me it's only a display and people just tried. I said, "Don't lie. it's obviously second hand."
Worst customer service at hamdan street beside of barcode..one indian guy was very rude,we went there to buy some shoes and one filipina assisting us,but this indian guy who is always sitting in the front desk acting like he is the owner of the place. He even told the filipina, "don't let them try more than 3 pairs". The filipina apologized and said "sorry ma'am, he is like that all the time". When he asked me the same thing, I looked at his name tag and said "Sorry, I don't want you to lie to me afterwards."
If there option to give -5 star i will give them -10..worst customer service. staff are rude the women with sun glases is the worst. don't visit here if you don't want to make your Mood change...
