It's a Residential bldg has a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai frame from balconies, busy surrounding for shopping,plenty open space ,good housekeeping, Residents are.cooperative , just love this area,at night also we can view illumination of Dubai's famous bldgs,which i feel very assuring
Superb Building, have been living here for more than 12 years. Swimming pool and gym is maintained very well. Choitrams supermarket is also right below for groceries. Many good restaurants around as well as easy access to metro
