Very disappointed. No smile on staff face. I ordered 4 chicken pieces and fries and I got only one ketchup with that. I asked for one more but they didn't. Will not come again.
Ordered 8 pcs Super bucket and Dynamite burger online. As usual, my order status was shown as "delivered" within 15 minutes. After online status was shown as "delivered" I had to wait for 20 more minutes to get the items delivered to me.
Terrible experience. When we are entering KFC store (KFC RAK Emirates Club ADNOC), guys are shouting in front of the guest. Thank you to the cashier that she can still handle and take our orders properly with a smiley face even though it’s stressful.
