My recent experience at KFC left me quite disappointed. The staff members, particularly one named Mara, displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude. It was disheartening to witness such behavior from a fast-food restaurant that prides itself on customer service.
Went here to have food after church as we are starving. For over 13 years here in Dubai, KFC taste didn't change even a bit. There are changes but not the taste.
I normally love KFC, especially their fried chicken. However, a little disappointed with this specific branch as the Zinger combo I ate, I found the burger to be very dry and chicken barely covered the whole bun. Secondly, I found the chicken to be overcooked and not as flavorful as usual.
