Had a visit to KFC in DIP2 where the food was okay, but the service was excellent! The staff member taking our order was superb, explaining new offers and patiently going through all options. However, the ambiance was less impressive.

Online delivery took 1.5 hours and missing food. Complained via email, on KFC app and called the store still waiting for a refund. Not good service at all. App is faulty as well when tracking order says food is delivered before driver arrives
