I recently visited the Kia service center and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. However, I must give a special thanks to Engineer Abdul Razik.
I came here 2 months ago! Paid for the service and they never check the car, I waited for 2 months to have a part ordered, after 2 months of continuous calling and checking where is my spare part… i got informed the part was never ordered.
Great front desk, good reception and relaxed environment. Services by Appointment is good idea, however; why not stick to the service appointments especially when someone over take the appointment Que.
