Low reiting was given to lobby/registration. Appointent was set for 8:30, I was there on time. There was only 3 people working 1 for kia / 2 for hyundai and it was very slow. I ended up waiting for 40 min. … More
The staff are good, but they always return my vehicle either with dust and kept in the hot scorching sun. And clearly they dry cleaned the car instead of using water, I saw a lot of scratches. I don’t think I’m gonna continue to go here
Kia Ras Al Khor is infailingly reliable, prompt and fair with honest service advisor. It was an excellent service by AYMAN..! Thank you I will be surely coming back.
