Service was excellent. We had our steam generator repaired. We were told the repair would take about 2 weeks but we were surprised to receive call from them sooner than expected.
The most unprofessional, rude and un-helpful customer service staff I have ever met. Especially Jennifer, she was so mean. I bought a Philips IPL device and it doesn’t work for my skin tone, even though on the packaging it clearly says that.
Ms. Threcia, Ms. Jenni, And technician Mr. Omar ....Fantastic. They knew what they are doing and as always in right dieection. I request the management to take care of them. They are qualified people on the right desk. Mamy thanks.
