I visited Krispy Kreme Al Ghurair to buy a frappe. Initially, there was no barista available, so I had to come back after 10 minutes. I ended up buying a caramel frappe, but there was no whipped cream on top. The barista said she couldn't open the whipped cream bottle, so I left with a sad face.
