My favourite lingerie brand in my favourite shopping mall.
The behavior of employees were very rude. Especially one girl working there. She was so unhelpful. I will never go back to lasenza Mirdif.
Bought bras and underwear yesterday, staff didn't inform me that panties can't be exchanged nor refunded once bought. Came to exchange it today and was turned down saying it's company policy!!!! What kind of policy is that when all you sell is underwear!!!! Would never purchase their stuff again.. waist of money
