I have a rang rover Evoqe . Every time I got appointment they serve me very well. Plus they clean the car when they want to deliver to you . I really enjoy free drop off services to my location and of course completely coffee at show room.
Under-staffed, uninterested. I recently went in with high interest to get a land rover new defender, but probably i dressed too casually no one cared. So bye bye LR. I went to the Lincoln shop next door when the sales team was so kind, warm and gave me a test drive on the spot.
I had really bad experience on service last time with my car. It took 4 workdays just to identify issue with car's AC. Agent was very unresponsive, I had to call almost everyday to get an update.
