Delivery was swift. I expected it to arrive after a week as per the CSR but within 4 days it was delivered. My issue is that the delivery guy asked for a cargo fee of 460 php which was not disclosed before. This kind of action ruins your company's credibility. I hope this won't happen to others. Would have given 5 stars.
My Balikbayan box is taking three months to get to its destination! I would not blame the Customer Service if it had not given a maximum estimate of 45-60 days. However, it is taking 90 unbelievable days! I wish the contents are intact.
I was trying to reschedule a pick up when a customer representative named MARISOL impolitely responded over the phone. She does not know the basics of customer service.
