I recently had the pleasure of visiting Darren at his guitar store, and I was blown away by his exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, Darren made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect guitar. He was patient and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and giving me valuable advice. The store itself is well organized and stocked with a wide selection of instruments. I highly recommend Leen Music for anyone in need of a musical instrument. The quality of the products and the customer service are top-notch.
Bought my guitar on reverb from Leen Music loved it as soon as it arrived. After a month and a half I went to change the strings and only then noticed a huge crack on the fretboard. Went back through my photos and noticed the fret was already stepping out and the crack kinda developed from that. Long story short after contacting them they did NOT want to do anything to fix or work out some sort of deal/refund. Very disappointing! Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!
Base on my Experience. It's my first time came here today (16/4/2023) with my friend. The owner is so friendly and passionate about every instrument in his store. He was very helpful and patient as we tried out different guitars. The store has a great selection and the prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would definitely come back to Leen Music for all my musical instrument needs.
