I went to shop in Al Ghurair and had an excellent customer service experience. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Angel for assisting me in MOE.
I just bought my 510 jeans from Levi's and unfortunately, one of the buttons was damaged. I brought it back to the store, but they couldn't fix or replace the button. I am really disappointed.
This Levi's store in MOE has a bunch of stupid salespeople. I had my wife's pants altered there, and they measured the length incorrectly and gave the wrong measurement to the tailor. When we complained, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I will never shop there again.
