Great and prompt service by Mr. Melvin. It can become very busy so I suggest you come earlier than your appointment time. Although I have service contract, but in general Lexus service is one of the most affordable amongst dealerships in UAE. Probably this is another reason why even a used Lexus is pretty expensive.
Excellent service and exceptional customer service from Melvin been with him for 7 years and he's simply the best, if all employees were like him the world would be a better place :)
